For a company that is non-commercial, i think it over the top for management to ask for "performance rights.
Management must make the company commercial before they ask for "performance rights.
I will be voting against all resolutions (on the above basis).
How about management reward us shareholders with a dividend, before they even consider rewarding themselves!
