you know what wackoo your right sorry mate. I guess thats why they had to put an add in the newspaper asking anyone with a claim to the land to come forward. Oh wait maybe you're not right.
All it is going to take is one person to say wait i think my great grandfather came from there. Oh yes he did. So they'll put a claim in.
And when they offer you a small amount of money for your land. They might stop and think to themselves this company is investing millions here and they need my house. I want more and more money. Thats when you got a problem.
It is massively doubtful this will happen but it is still possible. ATV has had delays for years thats why the price is so slow now. And it's just silly to say this can't happen again.
But from what i can tell about this thread is that anything other than ramping up ATV is not welcome.

Just to say it one more time. I really don't think this is going to happen But with all the delays this stock has had its in the back of my mind it could happen.
