    Understand Hartley's are doing a placement for Austin in low 3s with free options to raise $20 million. Should see them in a trading halt before long. Believe bulk will go to some large instos must be the Cottee factor at work, give him some money to play with. Probably be a SPP to go with it . Things warming up at Austin. Can't see too many of its peers raising that sort of money
