i will be voting 'yes', page-17

Morning all, like I have said before I have been with this company since they listed (FDL). I have traded this stock many times and made alot of money. Currently I have a few million shares at 9c. This whole story with FMS has been filled with joy and dissappointment. After investing for 10years would have loved to see this project through, but this was never going to happen by a junior. Like most of you would have liked to see other players come in and make another bid. I think this is very unlikely now, which annoys me. The directors will always look after themselves, every small specky stock experiences this. They are very aware of FMS true long term potential but at the end of the day this is business they will all make alot of money. There long term future is secured both in job security and financially. Share holders get a profit, not as much as we would all have liked but the sale will go ahead. When people vote they will look at short term gain over a globalised world falling into crisis, most investors other stocks or super are probably struggling so in light of all this I believe people will accept the offer and sadly what people say and do are 2 different things. I no I will be voting NO, because in 6-12 months time after more positive results another bidder will come in, this is a valuable company with nothing but positives coming through. But unfortunatelty I am only one holder and there are more who will vote yes in this current climate. Well good luck to all. One last thing when MMK take over they will they change the name of FMS and how would I invest into them, will it be listed on ASX or do I have to use my international broker to buy directly into them
