But BPT making new highs every week. Whereas ICN share price only going back to normal from those big dives it had months ago.

The only deal I can see with BPT and ICN, is that ICN cannot fund further exploration work on ATP855 after the 1st $16m paid by BPT exhausts on the 1st well, further wells will need another $17.5m etc. So ICN may choice to farm-out another 15%-20% of ATP to BPT in return for further funding by BPT on their share of costs in ATP855.

Highly doubt a takeover. What can BPT do with that much unexplored CSG tenements in the Surat-Bowen Basins?
