bitten once or twice, that's an understatement. just bring some perpective to the discussion mate, no dramas.
just get sick of the backslapping, high fiving, this is beaut posts without any thought.
the day an investor wants an asset so badly that they pay a premium to get in, then I will get excited. anything less and it's opportunistic and ends in tears for the existing holders. that's my view anyway.
there are other ways for management to get where they need but as I said before, a perceived great deal look like pocket lining before the real game to me.
