Remember guys the U price was up to US$130 a pound when AGS was in the high $2. This was back in the uranium bubble. Check some share prices from then and now e.g MTN, WHE, BMN, CUY, TOE and many more.
U prices are currently half of that. I think 80c - $1.20 is a great first target. Wait till the U price appreciates and production commences down the track for further rerating. This is assuming mining lease etc and not a takeover. I think Gandel has been fighting for true value for AGS for years now and surely this would be unlocked through proceeding to production. But I guess at the right price a bid would be considered.
AGS have certainly given indications that they are casting their eyes on new projects.
