Now Vince, or anyone else for that matter, do you or does anyone know who advises the company on such things as CRs and takeover protection?
Surely there must be an independent mentor who advises management to "do this do that" on such matters, and there would have to be a business and finance plan in place - plus strategy too.
Maybe the financial statements would show.
I would hope that management did not think it had the know-how to do its own thing as I would not think there would be enough expertise in such a small company to do that.
Management has been to a few different wells now. Where is the direction coming from?
