    SNICK . Every week goes by getting closer to that upgrade and my thoughts are still 2.5 billion tonnes .they have been approached by most majors including BHP to sign a CA etc. and others like Sumitomo to finance through to production with offtake agreements .They have said NO , they want a full take out and THEY WILL GET IT .
