I don't think NST will pick up FML (I own shares in both NST and FML). FML I think is too large a fish for NST. NST is $390 mill and FML $220 mill. I was thinking NST will be looking at a $50-$100mill share placement which will not be enough to swallow up FML so I think you need to worry.
