So Israel was an empty land devoid of people prior to the resettlement of European Jews? No it wasn't.
What you are saying is that Jews lived there before (thousands of years before) and left archeological traces. You are saying that ownership stems from those ancient traces. You are saying that any peoples who occupied the land in the absence of the Jews do not have title to the land, because of the prior occupation by Jews.
