J Gunter, You'll be pleased to know I saw Anton Tagliaferro of Investors Mutual ón a panel on Sky Business this evening discussing the ASX underperformance and along with high interest rates and Aussie dollar he said exactly that - "a rag tag shambles of a government with ill considered policy on the run " (and mentioned that although it isn't often discussed in public, it is what most fund mnanagers both domestically and OS think.)
