I hope when Zari is finalised and PEK shares issue that we are given some idea of the Break Up of the 24million shares.

We are advised that there are 2 Main Zari shareholders but what percentage do they get? From that,it can be calculated How many PEK shares are going to minor Zari Holders.

Shady you know how the distribution of shares go in Private Companies. Wonder how it applies in Tanzania?
I'm thinking that there could be some to relatives,maybe to "key" contacts in Tanzania Mining,who knows?

BUT I do reckon that when the Market is informed that 24mil shares are now on the Market and THEY are not knowing what we HC pekkers think we know about the Long Term Aspirations of the two dubbed Colonel Blimps....

And just after issuing these shares say 2 million shares hit the Sell

Well down the Commsec Chat Show,even HC Day Trader will start up like Lost in Space Warning warning etc.

Any significant Sell Dump by the Minor Zaris even of 1/2million shares will/could start a panic amongst the "ill informed" ie it could be extrapolated that the whole 24 mil is for the cash up

So Shady Merv we could get a Buying Opportunity or at least be pre warned to not join in a panic stop loss.
