If that is the case Ceb, perhaps the parties have already had the conference. As the presiding judge said:

"the parties should conduct a conference within ten days of the date of this issuance to discuss their particular claims and defenses and the possibility of settlement or resolution of any part of this proceeding and to make arrangements for the required disclosures under 10 C.F.R. § 2.336(a)"

With a public holiday on Monday, they would have to have had the meeting by last night to meet the direction. Then again, the judge said 'should conduct' rather than 'must conduct'.

We'll find out soon enough what the state of play is.
