The people in favour of this are probably too tight to but a cheap calculator.
A slightly separate issue, does anyone know how the top ten shareholders will vote.
If the Russians only want 90% then some could end up being left out to dry.
Big share issues to a selected few diluting the 10% who did not vote to go with the Russians and then a share consolidation. That's the sort of thing that gets mentioned in Google. It is very important to know if the big shareholders will give the Russians the 90% they require.
Is it possible that the Russian could form a deal with the big shareholders so that they buy maybe only say 60% at this price and then go on to mine with other big shareholders. That would be a very cosy deal.
Can anyone say if what I have written is feasible or rubbish. We have to be very careful with this guy because there is a record of activities mentioned on Google. Is there a connection to Finn from the Russian, is it totally at arms length.
