Rather, its successful completion would be an indication that GCN may have stopped announcing ventures which remain unrealised. A token of good faith with investors. An acknowledgment that an existing venture should be completed before announcing yet more ventures.
What happened to the venture where JOY 94.9 and GCN joined forces? Announced, then zilch - not even de-announced.
If an oil company tells us that it is about to drill a well then we expect to hear the results or be told that it has been abandoned - and why.
