MAK management is smart enough to do enough private talk before they put the offer on public.
Just wait for Kahlbetzer's decision. it shouldn't take long before we get yes or no answer.
Kahlbetzer+MAK = ALMOST 50% of UCL.
personal I think it is good ideal to merge between ucl and mak. i know it is cheap but both ucl and mak are undervalue atm.
if ucl have to raise 40mil fund, you guy will get 100-200% dilution, while the merged mak will have around 60-80mil cash(30-50 from nmdc), with 30% or less dilution in future.
