Thanks kindly Massey,
Yes, I remain interested in all connected technology innovations within the healthcare sector - significant momentum in this area now - just a matter of picking the right company at the right time - easier said than done.
I'm also heavily invested in someone who was connected to this company a long time ago, even before the aquisition of KarmelSonix and the name change from Salus Technologies - GlaxoSmithKline in the UK are also heavily invested in the same person, although no one yet knows exactly what development programs all the confidentiality agreements relate to, so I'm natually interested in everything this person has ever been involved with.

Ah Metro, you make it so tempting but I think it's closer to 20 years "in the making" and as posted yesterday, a study completed in July last year concluded that lower sensitivity and high variability among patients is a preventing factor for wheeze rate to be used as a precise predictor of FEV1.
You do know what product this study related to don't you? Although it still states, currently recruiting participants, it also appears as though it was abandoned around the same time as the changing of the guards and company name last year - Wheezometer™ Exploratory (WM) Field Study

15 February 2012
ParkerVision's lawsuit seeks monetary damages from Qualcomm as well as a permanent injunction barring the manufacture and sale of Qualcomm's infringing devices. Additionally, the complaint accuses Qualcomm of willfully infringing and seeks an award of exemplary damages, attorneys' fees and related court costs.
___
Personally, I believe ParkerVision will have a difficult time winning the case, however the infringing patents relate to radio-frequency receivers and the down-conversion of electromagnetic signals, which represent a body of intellectual property that ParkerVision pioneered so the Markman hearing, which is set for August 10, 2012 will set a precedent, and if undefeated may have a detrimental impact on the Qualcomm's relationship with Isonea.
