Disagree sroyle, they already have plenty of cash available ($40M+ in the bank and by all accounts making lots of money every month), if they don't have an immediate acquisition in mind them my question to you is why bother raising all these extra $'s now (with associated 20% drop in sp, dilution of existing shareholders, .....)?
I'd suggest it's all in the words - "the company is not currently in any negotiations of a corporate nature" may well be 100% correct as of last week but I'll be very surprised if, once the extra money is in the bank, they don't immediately start a corporate negotiation! After all, they've admitted to looking at lots of opportunities already, now they're getting the cash together, then they'll make the offer that can't be refused - all in my suspicious mind of course, who knows, just seems to me you don't go out raising more capital if you don't need it in the balance sheet (unless of course you're a bit of a charlatan and you know something bad is going to happen to your sp shortly, then it makes sense to rip the suckers off now!).
