I am pretty keen on juices.Had a serious illness cancer ended up in hospital was anemic.Had blood transfusions.Read up on juices and beetroot was good for anemia.Started daily juice the beetroot helped me to get my blood count above normal within a month.Hit the vegetable juice every day for about 3 years.Have a juice about 3 days a week now and have been clear of cancer for 7 years.I try to eat at least 60% good foods a day.
