The structure rather than the price of this capital raising will be very worthwhile dissecting. In the last few days I've spent a good 40 hours researching this company and it's Mick 'many names' Shemesian connection and I can't work out what his game is with this one. One thing is certain, someone will be getting a gift. But the real question is will he nail his trousers to the mast? Haven't seen it happen in past associations but something rings different about this one. Perhaps a reformation in progress. Or perhaps a new level of cunning achieved.
