It's not a takeover that is the issue at this stage of trials.
You an start worrying about a takeover when we get positive trial results and FDA approval then big pharma will be looking very closely.
That is also the time we will need serious capital for manufacturing, distribution and marketing activities.
Being listed on the nasdaq will enable us to access US venture capital for this.
Not wishing to sound ungrateful but it will probably be easier to get funding in the US for our product since we aren't digging it out of the ground in Australia and selling it to China.
