Well that's a little strange...Videlli has nothing but this litigation left, the only way it should go is to proceed it regardless, and there will be no further loss even it lose the case.

Settlement I don't get it!

The only reason I can think is: Videlli is doing this for Vix-Erg! But should that worth something in return for Erg shareholders?
