bd70, I have run what most would regard as a tinpot little company (but which my customers and employees appreciate) continuously for 20 years. In that time, I like any surviving small business owner have by necessity needed to predict the future unwaveringly, with reasonable accuracy - the alternative is to go broke.

If the future looks bleak, you do something to change it. Part of this is cutting one's suit to fit one's cloth.

IMO from day 1, TZ's executive ranks have been bloated and over-paid. Old board, new board - same trough, a few new/different snouts.

I'd like the company to be run lean-and-mean, with ruthless intolerance of failure, and reward for success after it has been achieved, not before.

PS: I do not begrudge MB his reward for saving the company from the clutches of Fatso. Highest possible commendation to him for this. But time has moved on, the initial gloss has worn thin. It's past time to deliver for ongoing handsome rewards.
