    Kakaort, QVT is a creditor of TZ, and the largest one at that. They also gave TZ a stay of execution so no doubt insisted on full visibility whenever requested. We shouldn't begrudge them that. Could you imagine the chaos if ALL shareholders had full visibility.

    Despite this, I've always wished that QVT have their stomach stapled. Today we have finally seen that they have had this done.
