Hey Robo, just a thought... SLR are on record as saying they are only interested in the 1 million ozs of PRH gold, right?
Now, why cant PRH just sell them the gold assets they want for the $20 million...........and PRH keeps the rest of its assets, and continues well-funded.... with a new board. I'm sure all PRH shareholders would agree to that, and everyone gets what they need... Its not too late to implement that, and there would be no need for shareholder action.
