From my perspective it does not make any sense to claim that Bluegen saves more CO2 than solar when during operation solar creates zero CO2, whereas Bluegen does create waste CO2; it simply performs the oxidation of methane and energy conversion into electricity very efficiently. Sounds like someone is a victim of spin to me. In my case at home I feed more electricity into the grid (from solar energy) than I use, so having a Bluegen would be a bit pointless for me. Don't get me wrong, I can see the benefits of Bluegen, but spare me the spin and exaggerated claims please.
