What about the electricity you are using in the middle of the night, or early in the morning, or when you have a shower in the evening? the usage of electricity at these times are being generated from the main generating sets? Are they producing CO2?? (unless you have a battery backup system in place then you are drawing off the grid)
Read it as you will, but not implementing technologies like fuel cells will result in more CO2 being generated! Solar has its place, but at this point in time it cannot work alone in the reduction of CO2, and never will in countries like Germany and the UK.
Forget about Australia, Europe is where the investment opportunities lie!
