I imagine he's refering to the low value transactions, starting with those 4 for 5,009 shares each.

The things to note thought that with the exception of the transaction at 10.56, the low value orders were already in the queue (you can tell this because they're form part of the larger buy/sell transaction), as opposed to being placed off-screen to try and lift or bring down the SP.
