I agree Reiner, they need to be forthcomming with info. Still the current board is forcing us to vote no to the sale given the spill motion doesnt occur first. they can always re-table the motion if they are still on top when the dust settles. I wonder if some sort of injunction or block on the sale in the event of approval can be put in place pending the spill resolution. I mean there is no point in agreeing to the sale if this is not the path the newly elected board will want to travel.
Dynomite, you seem reasonably impressed with them, do you know much of their history & if they've delivered for shareholders in their previous adventures.
They need to do more than show us the direction they want to go, they also will need to prove their credibility that they will actually follow through with what the say.
