It would have to play out in that order IMO Albert (although some steps could well occur simultaneously).

    1. Arm/anglo settlement
    2. JV
    3. BFS issued

No 1 is of course the key. Once settled and depending on terms the market is well aware that No 2 and 3 are a formality.

Nkwe are treading carefully around the legal issues. The wording by Nkwe and the market is telling us this is a real risk still. Words such as "enhances our legal position" and "we don't believe" don't exactly fill me with resounding confidence.

"The issue of the Mining Right further enhances our legal position with regards to tenure and the validity of the original issue of the prospecting rights. Parties have watched us spend over $50 million over the past six years in establishing a world class PGM project without successfully bringing an action to reverse or even halt our exploration and development work. We’ve retained the asset for the last six years and don’t believe it can legally be taken away from us."

Nkwe expect the JV by end of Q2 this year. Based on past timeframes this is far enough out for us to be told they don't really know when No.1 will be resolved. It could be tommorow or it may easily go longer than the end of June. It's really not in Nkwe's hands unless they cave in to terms imo.

My view is that the next level of support may well be hit before we find out. After all it's only February. This may prove an excellent opportunity for some - be it trading or otherwise.

My hope - that they can come to an agreement and start development as stated by Q4 this year. Then by 2015 we should start to see some real gains.

p.s. welcome back Stagman - nice cameo.
