I was wonering when IOP might chirp in...
I just wonder if they have heard of the Bengwenyama ?
Surely their 10% of Tubatse might change if E and N is awarded in different proportions?
If half of the claim to rights is bestowed on MUM ...IOP would suffer their proportional relinquishment...just like G or nkp? Right?
I think their expectations are high considering
... and they havent alerted their shareholders to any of the legal claims by Bengwenyama that i can find on NSX..correct me if i am wrong.. is their 10% ownership of the Tubatse project unaffected or is it uncertain at this stage?
I must say I still dont follow the back to back agreements ?that were supposed to protect? NKWE according to PL when CC case judgement was made.
I am no expert at such situations regarding mining rights and projects...so happy to get others ideas...
They seem very certain that they own 10% of a project and values and time for payment, but CC set aside rights yet reawarded or decided...??
and now one part H has been tacked onto Garatau Project?!#
Can you believe this?
PS Bloomburg is reporting Angloplat shares rising as the protect their shareholders...bloomin amasing..imo
