How can you possibly say that, plough, when you don't know what the acquisition will be?
It could be a steal that adds, as an example, 1m oz of gold and an extra 100k oz/pa of production.
To pledge a vote against something you know nothing about is pretty weird. Perhaps make the decision when you know what the transaction is?
