OBL should hit 4c tommorrow.
I watched very closely today how the buyers just kept buying at 3.5c until it dried up.
The volume was 7.7 million shares which soaked up a heap of that placement.
The shares will become more scarce and will gap up pretty quick.
Educated investors are buying and want in before a rig announcement. If the same volume goes thru tommorrow I am expecting 4c plus.
