    the million dollar question is, why is a party interested to invest 4,5M in this company...

    The answer is simple. To make more money. Can't buy this volume on the market for this price, you can't sell this volume for the recent market price.

    So they also have to wait for "happy times"

    Glad to wait with them. Enjoy the ride the next 3 years.
