I think there are some very valid points in your post !

I too thought a lot of Darryl - and then got very disappointed by the lack of communication and action.

I see the positive of the RMS deal (despite my holding in RMS, MD2) but I do worry about millions being "squandered" again - just to be told that once again we didn't find "Eldorado" in Africa.

I like the idea a return to SH from the royalties - but that also requires a clear statement by the current board.

I personally will divest BCN IF they decide to go exploring in Africa (just a personal choice).

I think there is a little term called : Accountability

I'd like to see a whole lot more of that - irrespective of who ends u running the show.

So - if the ML sale to RMS goes ahead - make sure the accountant reports accurately, my pencil is being sharpened as I type!

And with all due respect I think the line of remuneration needing to be commensurate with achievements does hold true.

(not to mention if you believe in your own company show it by buying shares!)
