Well amazingly the Hunter shareholders have given a massive thumbs up to pcc, with over 93% accepting as of last week. I'm one of the few that hasn't accepted I guess!
So now pcc hope to raise $4.4m and the deal is sure to go through. I think pcc will actually pull this off!
Whilst most Hunter shareholders will see the value of their shares halved by pcc's deal, at least there's lots of upside still. However, I can't help but feel that we would have been better to wait for our clinical trial results and then go direct to big pharma. Why give pcc a share, albeit not that large a share?
