My bets around the 1.25, any less than that and it would imply a lack of faith in the project considering the recent positive results. Especialy if its institutional, it would not be a good look if they go begging with cap in hand.
Seems to be a lot of small caps with their hands out recently so its a good move to run early while still cash in the bank. My suspician is that funding is tightening and a few explorers will fold over the next few months (or be gobbled up, midcaps are building warchests refer NST raising)
