Gryphon raised @ $1.30, an 18% discount, and that didn't show a lack of faith- but raising money was tight back in November.
Ampella is a good company, and it's share price has been pushed to the brink lately (it has been one of those *it* shares mostly- with takeover potential to boot). I figure this capital raising is the last pressure for it before it can take off more.
