they have sat on watershed for such a long time because they couldn't raise the money (debt, equity or a partner) to progress it
now they have JOGMEC spending the money, which is great. but in it's base case unexpanded form, unless they can change the processing route, imo (and the companies) it's just not worth that much money to shareholders. plus the market generally hates the minor, hard to process metals - they just don't get the premium.
