boppy, EHR are definitely tied into the Djibouti deal. They have a signed JV agreement with Electricitie de Djibouti (EDD) and the Djibouti Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources that was announced on market a long way back (let me see ... 22 Oct 2010).

The World Bank contracts for exploratory drilling are with EDD and, by extension, EHR. I didn't realise that peeps were concerned that EHR might not be in on the Djibouti action. I just assumed that the JV meant that partners were tied at the hip.
