    re: Ann: Minmetals Acquires Over 90% of Share... Cant believe so many people agreed to such a low price. I thought this deal would not fall through just like the past Indophil bids. What happens now to the remaining shares if they did not agree to sell? Do they carry on as shareholders or is there a compulsory acquisition?
