De Novo - While I respect your opinion, and I have also read a lot in to the last couple of announcements, I'm not sure if you can use that last parapgraph as a good form of evidence.

Bottom line is that you are correct is saying the words that AGS used indicate that they are going to agree to the terms, but they also put Quasar's name in the same sentence, which therefore would indicate that Q are going to agree as well. But that sentence becomes null and void if Q aren't in fact prepared to agree to the terms.

They have 21 days to decide that they agree, and while I can understand where you are reading in to it (with the words they have used), and I'm quite confident that we will agree to the terms, I'm not as confident about what Q's response will be.

Unless there has been something settled/agreed via the M&DC case, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that what you are saying is spot on, but I don't think the paragraph is as solid as you believe. Just my opinion.
