Afternoon Oblong. I speak with Steve Matthews reasonably frequently. And the answer every time is pretty much as you've described. He did confirm this morning that everything is progressing but mentioned that the bureaucracy in SA can be somewhat slow (no kidding!). Says they are doing everything they can. Given the personal holdings of several of that board I assume they're very incentivized. So I'm frustrated watching one of my biggest exposures tread water whilst the smaller ones go gangbusters but I'm still confident that the approvals will eventually issue. I suspect not before March/April though. I remain confident that when the re-rating finally comes it will be epic.

P.S he's apparently getting a lot of investor calls so we're not the only ones getting impatient.
