maybe ad has been approached by ucl's no1 shareholder who is sick of underwriting raisings and doesn't want to invest anymore in the project. was a brief mentioned in the bidders statement for memory. be interesting couple of weeks to see what % maks get early on.
ucl's shareprice might be weak atm but so is mak's relativity so. even if ucl rerates later in the year the ratio might still be the same or worse if wonarah/nmdc progress toward development.
