Etrade put a customer quiz up and I've told them what a dismal service they are now providing when their charts don't reflect either the price or volume of more and more trades every day.
If they can't fix it my message is it's time to move on to someone who can, period.
When these brokers get enough written complaints regarding the loss of your custom the penny may drop.
But a few complaints won't make any difference, there are a lot of traders using HC and we probably need a well orchestrated back lash against the non-reporting of prices and volumes on these brokers charts.
