You make some valid points, however I must ask.

How do we know for a fact that there are no options with capacity, we dont. We know what we have been told by the board.
Have we really been down that path.
I for one am entirely of the opinion now that no path or option has been genuinely explored at all.
Realising "some" cash gain from selling Barlee does not equate to increase shareholder value in the short term, if anything it may result in a short term spike, some quick day trades and thats about it.
One thing that has become obvious is that cash in the bank will be squandered in the status quo.
I have NO confidence in the current board at all, this does not in any way mean the new guys will be better.
It just means the existing guys IMO, have to go. They have had enough time.
