God only knows why people are sticking up for the board and Hanlong, do you think they actually give a crap whether you make money on your SDL investment. We're talking about your hard earned money here.
Something I learnt a long time ago - the squeaky wheel gets oiled first, the more noise you make, the sooner you get what you want.
Shareholders have to keep the pressure on the idiotic board that agreed to these unbelievable conditions, they're letting Hanlong bend shareholders over with no sign that finance is in the bag - FYI ITS BEEN 8 MONTHS SINCE THE START OF THIS TAKEOEVR AND STILL NO LETTER CONFIRMING FINANCE FROM HANLONG.
Time to put the feelers out for other suitors in my FIRM opinion. Hanlong can stick that "no shop clause" where the sun dont shine.
