I agree 100% with the above comments of yours. But, I wouldn't go out on a limb, like someone else did, by saying that the waste material could contain 3% Copper Equivalent. That is a hell of a long shot to call Roh. Especially when we have a JORC telling us that we have around 1.5 or a little more Copper Equivalent.
Was it a ramp, was it a baiting call for someone that we know of, or what was it.
