I have made the following prediction-----I believe there will be some very embarrassed journos and very happy shareholders when the first production starts.

A number of strong indications have been given by the company through metallurgical studies and plant design that the JORC figure you quote will be exceeded. If you had been to the last AGM, Wayne McCrae exuded confidence in his belief that the JORC would be exceeded.

Now some would say but he would say that. He does however have a strong case for such belief not only from the metallurgical studies but from what has been discovered and he has after all had years of experience seeing first hand what is actually coming out of the ground.

It has been stated by the company that the diamond drilling gives higher readings than the RC drilling so we should look at say all those examples from the 2009 annual report for instance in that light.

Let me quote but a few from that report[ and there are quite a number]

LMRC208 153 metres @ 2.72% ....
LmRC278 105 metres @ 2.39% ....
to give an idea of the potential for upgrade.

We should also bear in mind that Wayne McCrae is out to prove his critics wrong. He has already partly achieved that goal. Didn't they say he would never raise the money, the ore was not there, mining was a pipedream et cetera.

I for one have every confidence in Wayne McCrae.He has brought this company from a junior explorer criticised from near and far into a top 200 company on the cusp of being a profitable miner.

Have a think about how other junior miners in the Cloncurry region have fared when compared to CDU and their share prices. There is no comparison.

We have been fortunate in having Wayne McCrae at the helm because it is rare to have a person with hands on practical as well as managerial mining experience.

From here on in we can expect the momentum to increase and much news to flow. This coming period will be the busiest in the history of CDU.
